About the FDC

What is the Field Day Community?

The FDC brings players together through flexible scheduling, friendly competition, and a shared drive for continual improvement.

We value the excitement of the game as much as the growth that happens beyond it, creating a space where members

can challenge themselves, support one another, and enjoy the process of getting better every day - on and off the field.

Anyone can join, whether they are an official rostered player or not.

Our Sports Events

Exhibitions

These events feature popular and community-voted sport days where players' performances are measured in FPE,

Fantasy Points Earned. Games are recorded for stat collection that gets presented to every player's Player Card.

These events are usually once every two weeks with some fluctuation depending on the calendar.

Competitions

These events are tournament-based events that are highly competitive where any player can opt in to compete. Formats

are uniquely set up to keep stakes high. These events are usually weeks to months long with multiple days of play.

Competition medals are awarded for finishing in specific placements that are applied to Player Cards.

Dynasty

This event is a Sand Volleyball casual sscompetitive league where teams are perpetual through each season. Players can

be drafted to, be traded to, and be waivered to select teams. Each team will have their own captain (manager), name,

logos, jerseys, respective stat-keeping, and more. Current season run for 18 games with playoffs.

Practices

These events are a player-requesting feature that gives the opportunity for the community to practice a sport in a group

to build up skills that can be used in Exhibitions, Competitions, Dynasty. These practices can be requested at any time and

will be held based on the best time on interested players' schedules.
